A complete Cat A refurbishment project that developed into the Cat B fit-out of one floor for our client, Capco.

Our initial project brief saw us work in partnership with the contractor to develop and deliver prime Cat A refurbished office space at Regal House. The scope included the replacement of the old building entrance and facade, the reconfiguration of the listed section of the building and a complete refurbishment of all four floors.

During the project we were asked to assist with the Cat B fit-out of one of the floors for Capco to move into themselves. With the focus being presentation and social space for Capco’s clients the floorplate is arranged around the detailed model of Covent Garden. Meeting rooms of varying sizes surrounding the entrance and reception and reflect the modern brand expression which is used throughout the Capco estate.
