For the fifth spotlight in our series, we’re revisiting our Cat A refurbishment of the @rtpiplanners (RTPI) historic Botolph Lane offices, a 19th-century gem with all the unique challenges of its age!

We’re pleased to share our latest stair design as part of an ongoing project with IFM Investors. A key element in the expansion and reinvigoration of their Moorgate office space. Following our initial fit-out in 2018, which included the installation of a stair connecting levels 8 and 9, we’re now creating a structural opening to extend the stair as IFM expands into level 10. This project involves refurbishing the existing office, reception and new brand placement including a full new floor of office and social spaces. We’re working closely with @mark.partners to ensure the stair extension is fully compliant and seamlessly addresses the unique challenges of integrating with the current structure, whilst IFM remain in occupation! This project highlights the importance of combining practical design solutions with careful structural consideration mindful of remodelling interfloor connectivity and workflow patterns for IFM Investor people.

We are currently undertaking the Cat A refurbishment and Cat A+ fit-out of a 280m² 5th floor Soho office with SRSL, the building’s landlords, as part of the wider regeneration of their shared office building on Great Pulteney Street.

The design maximises natural light through the building’s atrium and offers panoramic views, creating a flexible and inviting workspace. With broad market appeal, this high-quality space is tailored to meet the needs of future tenants, balancing functionality and style.
