For our fourth spotlight in this series, we’re revisiting our project with Westbrook Partners on a Cat A office refurbishment in Fitzrovia. This project, which includes a beautiful landscaping scheme and roof terrace, sits within the historic Charlotte Street Conservation Area. The unique challenges of this location required us to work closely with a planning consultant to honour a previous planning application while enhancing the design.

The office went on to be let for 10 years at the highest commercial rent ever achieved north of Oxford Street!

Great progress being made on-site at The Apex, in the heart of King’s Cross. It’s been a pleasure collaborating with LBIC, @isglimited, @savills, and @_exigere on this project. Looking forward to seeing the space come to life and the final built result of the teams’ collective efforts.
